Job Responsibilities

As a virtual school psychologist with Edvance Staffing Solutions, you’ll play a key role in supporting the academic, emotional, and behavioral growth of K–12 students across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting student well-being and academic success

• Participating in virtual IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings

• Addressing student concerns and helping resolve challenges

• Guiding students in setting and achieving personal goals

• Supporting the implementation and progress of IEP goals

• Leading Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Designing and applying effective behavior management strategies

You’ll work closely with general and special education teachers, administrators, counselors, support staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative approach to student development.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

• A Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in psychology or a related field

• Current or prior experience working as a school psychologist
